Evenstar Farm is located on 17 rolling acres near beautiful Conesus Lake in southwestern New York. We own and operate the farm with our 6-year-old son Logan. Both of us have been involved with horses our whole lives -- from the Ohio Quarter Horse Circuit to A-rated hunter/jumpers. Although we have a genuine love for all equines, we believe we have found true magic and perfection in the Gypsy Horse.

We are school teachers by profession, and we know that horses are excellent teachers! Their second love has been the development of a medieval education program through horsemanship and chivalric horseback games. What child isn't captivated by stories of knights, castles, and fair maidens?
